Leadership is generally supportive, and the CEO cares about people. You’re given opportunities and autonomy in your role. Nice hybrid policy.
Kontras
Recognition is low, and career progression is unclear. No salary increases, making long-term retention difficult. Still few "silos" between departments (Product/Eng vs CS vs Sales). Some prefer technical complexity over solving customer or team needs. Paris office is aging and could use an update. Long days.
