Nice friendly staff with a low pressure setting, but fast-paced at times so the shifts do go by quickly.

It's a job, not a career or calling. Working at the San Clemente Inn was simply a instrumental mean of making money. Also, there's no future raises once you earn a certain wage. Thus, employees quit and Management just hires a replacement ( high turn over rate ).
