Nature of work is different from team to team. Good for a fresher.

Too much of politics in few teams. No respect for hard work. Too much pressure from leaders sometimes and no value for hard work, specially for a female employee. Salary structure varies too much every year for freshers. Loss for the current employee, as they get paid less compared to new joiners. they should have a fixed limit.
