Great health, 401K and vacation benefits. Very environmentally aware culture that takes being green and community service very seriously and truly makes an impact.
Kontras
The innovation is gone and the funding for it has dried up. Other (non-GDS) companies are much better positioned to win in travel in the long run. The bureaucracy and politics and investment decisions have slowly driven all of the most talented employees away. That (bright employees) used to be Sabre's strength, but not anymore. I look at the VPs and SVPs running things now and am absolutely amazed by their lack of knowledge and incompetence.
