Toxicity towards new comers and trying to bring eachother down and by means of politics, i came into maruti Suzuki thinking it would best opportunity to learn and grow about automotive sector but here it's all about rat race, not even guiding someone new to learn the process and SRM has no team management rather I get silenced by means of manipulation and politics.
