I get ti, it's a call center and stats play a huge part of the business but forbid you have one off day and you will have your sup or the director message you about it and make you feel like you are awful at the job when you're not. While you are given RestRoom time, they expect you not to use it, and even if you use it because you are allowed to 30 minutes a day with it, they will question and likely write you up for it. The positivity in this environment feels very artificial and forced? If you've ever watched Caroline, it's very much the same vibe honestly. I hate being negative because overall, just an incredibly stressful environment I was in.
