- Flexible Work Schedule - Great set of people to work with/Passionate employees who want to fix issues - Interesting work - Diverse - Opportunity to learn new skills - Decent bonus but bonus could be more tied to individual than department - Allow remote work - Previous CEO was great and got the most out of people

- Latest CEO feels disconnected from his employees - Not a lot of growth depending on office - New strategy seems to be looking to move things to Europe and put more importance to that region than others - Opportunity to learn new skills but can't really apply them due to some of the work in some offices - Low salary increases - Sometimes hard to get the proper equipment to do work - New management is very clueless and seems to be investing on white elephant projects that are not really part of SITA's core business - Does not invest in it's people and existing products
