Best part about SCS is the people. Smart, motivating, genuine people who want to see the firm and each other succeed. SCS is a growing firm and there’s a lot of opportunity if you work hard. The kitchen is fully stocked with breakfast & snacks. A lot of fun outings and events: Red Sox, Celtics, golf, rooftop socials etc.

There are some growing pains but management is aware and is actively working to improve processes & technology.

Learning a lot about the industry and having the opportunity to work with different teams is a great experience. My manager is always willing to provide explanations and support, and the people at SCS are very friendly and supportive. I’m enjoying the role and learning a lot, which is great for someone who is hard-working and willing to put in the time to learn.

PCG handles a significant portion of administrative tasks, although other teams contribute to the overall workload. Additionally, short staffing across various teams, particularly PCG, has led to longer working hours.
