My manager genuinely empowers the team, trusts our capabilities, and creates an environment where we can do our best work. Feedback is always constructive and never feels personal—it’s clear that everyone, including leadership, is committed to continuous improvement. Fisk, the CEO, seems authentic & genuine & I feel inspired by his passion for the environment and care for his employees.
