Awful, sexist people - Graphic Designer bei Ron Foth Advertising: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Working at Ron Foth was a great time. I learned valuable tactics used in the marketing world. The overall atmosphere of the office was fun to be apart of, and everyone was very kind.

The office can get really cold.

Good salary and benefits, high matching 401k contribution, generous annual bonus, strong creative work w/ opportunities to contribute, tight-knit staff w/ nice, funny people, lots of employees with long tenures (a good sign), interesting mix of local & national clients

Not a lot of typical quirky ad agency perks...no beer on tap or bring your dog to work type policies (which I wouldn't hate). It's a fairly lean staff, so everyone is super busy and there is not much partying going on.
