Great people - friendly! Enjoyed my time with Rodgers. Owned by Roland Japan which was interesting - now owned by Johannus.

At times seemed like 'orders' came from top down from Roland at a distance. Expectations were often very high from them which was a balance at the local level.

The best part of Rodgers is the people and the dedication they have to the success of their profits. This makes for a pleasant work environment.

Pay tends to be below industry standards regardless of position. The head-count has been steadily dropping for the past 20 years.
