Family oriented. Fast Paced. Most of your hours are spent skating on the ice. Work with kids of all skill levels 4 - 16. Year-round with a few week breaks. Private lessons can earn you an extra $20-$70 for every 30 minutes. (Depending on experience and what you agree with on the parents)

Unorganized office, equipment room, and supply locker room. No real career growth. No custodial presence. Staff very young. (or pro) no management present in the evenings.

The environment is friendly and family like.

It is not a place in which you can see professional growth for its employees.
