Honestly, the only so-called ‘pro’ was finishing at 2pm on Thursdays, and even that was pointless. It never felt professional, especially when Sundays dragged on until 3pm anyway. There was zero real benefit, because we were either forced to stay behind or buried with so much work that our entire weekend was basically unpaid labour. If that’s considered a ‘pro’, then this school is truly worse than I thought

First of all, it feels like N either turns a blind eye to the chaos happening in this school or simply hands everything over to the DG in the boys’ section. The girls’ department was an absolute disaster. There’s not even a shred of logic in how this school is run. Decisions are chaotic, management is clueless, and nothing makes sense, leaving teachers and students to suffer the consequences. the so-called ‘principal’ was manipulative, unprofessional, and clearly more focused on protecting her own position than actually leading. Management overall was a circus, more interested in saving themselves than creating a healthy work environment. Working there was genuinely a nightmare. This is in particular about the Hittin branch. This school is a nightmare of epic proportions !! literally a matter of life and death. You will be worked to exhaustion, pushed so far!!!. There is no real education happening. The so-called ‘Riyadh school model’ lessons are a complete joke!! utterly unsuitable for one teacher to manage alone with wildly misbehaving students. There are no behaviour management strategies; in fact, students are rewarded for aggressive, disruptive behaviour. They claim this school is for ‘elite Saudis’....elite from where? Most of the students can barely read or speak English. It’s all about profit, and the management will happily throw teachers under the bus without a second thought. Staff resign weekly, and if you’re foolish enough to accept a job here, prepare to live and breathe work, to be stretched beyond your limits, and to be threatened, gaslit, and humiliated. Enter at your own peril, this is a place that will destroy you professionally and mentally. Students dont come to learn, rather it is just day care for spoilt children who have never been disciplined. Then there’s Lady T, who constantly throws her weight around and makes everyone’s life miserable. The only way this school could improve is by hiring an entirely new management team and HR, definitely not these self-proclaimed ‘title holders’ currently in charge, who clearly have no idea how to run a school. This school is horrid in every way. Teachers are overworked, unsupported, and blamed for everything. Management hides behind fake titles, manipulates staff, and makes life miserable. Students run wild with no discipline, and the so-called curriculum is chaotic and impossible to manage alone. Meetings are pointless, resources are missing, and logic does not exist. Staff are constantly threatened, gaslit, and undermined. Lady T and S...a and the principal are unfit to lead, rewarding aggressive students while punishing hardworking teachers. Working here destroys your health, sanity, and personal life...avoid at all costs.
