Pros

The team at Rightsline works hard and has some talented and smart individuals. But with that there is dead weight on a number of teams or even those leading them. There is no meeting Friday, every other Friday off and amazing work life balance. You manager will be you best ally in navigating a career in the organization but you will also have to constantly prove yourself for little career growth. Joining remote is not something to worry about you will have the support of the team to ensure you are happy and successful!

If you are talented and smart you will be overworked and painfully underpaid. The team lacks engineers so it impacts everyone and the product. The entire people success function of the business is terrible and poorly lead which results in people leaving the organization more than in the past, inability to hire good talent and hiring takes a long time. There is also a lot of mysterious or odd things that happen with little to no understanding why such as layoffs, long review cycles etc. The product roadmap can also be unclear at times. The product is very complex which makes it challenging to learn but that also depends on your role.

- Care about your well-being. - Push you to go the extra mile and grow. - Remote work, & 4-day alternating work weeks!

Kontras

- If you really like going into an office, then I could see that as a con. Otherwise, remote work is super helpful!

Pros

The pay is highly competitive, and the industry itself is incredibly interesting and engaging to work in. Additionally, the professional services teams seem to be experiencing strong growth right now, and they are doing an excellent job of hiring highly competent, kind, and collaborative folks who are great to work with day-to-day. Just received a major multi hundred million dollar investment, which is promising.

Kontras

There is a severe lack of psychological safety and professional respect in team communications. Diminishing, rude, and condescending responses are normalized and tolerated by management. Instead of fostering an environment where asking questions is encouraged to prevent mistakes, employees are frequently made to feel bad or incompetent just for doing their due diligence. This creates a defensive working environment where people would rather stay quiet than collaborate.
