Pros
• The members were generally kind and enjoyable to interact with.
• The team of hourly employees worked hard and supported each other through a very difficult environment.
Kontras
• Management is unprofessional, disrespectful, and disorganized.
• employees are frequently dismissed or ignored by managers.
• Managers openly make inappropriate comments (including one telling a female coworker he was “in the shower” while watching cameras from home).
• Employees are watched on surveillance from management’s homes, even during off hours.
• Favoritism and double standards are common—policies are inconsistently enforced depending on who you are.
• Those asked to take on extra duties (like training or inventory) are denied titles or incentives.
• Two days after I put in my two weeks’ notice, I was told it was my last day—supposedly due to a “new company policy that considers the day of submitting the notice as the last day of work”. HR later confirmed this policy doesn’t exist.
• Communication is one-sided and often demeaning. Managers have literally walked away mid-conversation when being spoken to.
