Great hours, super friendly co-workers, has an alternating schedule that breaks up the monotony , really easy to learn and training is thorough. This is the first actual job I can really see a long term Carrier coming from, I've worked alot if customer service jobs were they hold empty promises and empty expectations but this is the I my company that I can truly say they deliver on their promises, the managent team is really funny and really easy to get along with everyone is super welcoming and really opened their arms to me when I first started

None that I can really think of.

Decent pay, steady hours, and overall a friendly work environment.

Even though the overall work environment is overall positive some co workers aren't as friendly and can be condescending and they seem to always get away with it when I couldn't imagine other people would. If you are good at your job you will end up doing someone else's work because of slackers and it can get to a point where you are drowning. The only other real con is the sick time, which you had to accrue over a decently long time, which in terms of being actually sick can be difficult because if you don't have sick time and you have the flu then this pushes the mentality of that person coming into work while sick thus getting everyone else sick (which during my time happened a few times and I hadn't accrued sick time myself and had to be there while running a high fever..)
