Working at Rev is becoming the experience of a lifetime. I've been with the company through many, many changes over the last couple years and I honestly say I'm still excited to go to work each day. We are a company that prioritizes and respects laser focus/action and refuses to get caught up in (often times) meaningless distractions. I've read countless articles about companies that claim everyone's voice in a company is heard, well at Rev, that's 100% true. I feel the culture we've been able to curate and maintain over the years is a competitive advantage with the top-notch talent we are fortunate to have onboard. The AI technology we are creating is outstanding and incredible interesting to work. Most of all staff is a really FUN group of characters that just works hard. One of the things I love most is we don't waste time playing politics, "empire-building", or squabbling over things that JUST DON'T MATTER. We understand that stuff is a culture-killer. Rev is full of very bright and creative people who are well respected in their areas of expertise. It's refreshing to work for a company where everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves (regardless of title) and help a coworker without judgment. My hope is that everyone out there can experience a work environment like this someday.... it’s amazing to be part of it.

Given that we're a start-up we always wish it was easier to move faster or get more done, but those are normal. Not much of a con...just the way things are right now.
