The only reason i can think at the back of mind is ok environment and good team members (most of this contribute to the fact all are in d same age group)

The company policy on employees is do it or we can find someone else who can do the work . Not at all interested in the quality of work .no professional growth . Management is poor and lot of friction between onsite and offshore team which is leads to a lot of negativity in the work . pay-scale and increments are below the standard and 90 percent of the senior members have also left for the same reason .
