Frequent Public humiliation- you will be yelled at by upper management publicly if you do not meet quotas. I'm surprised there has not been a major lawsuit yet! Extreme favoritism- if you aren't liked by upper management- it doesn't matter if you work hard or not,you will not be promoted. Upper management is an extreme micromanager.
