Pros

Working from home, great set of team members in my first team.

Kontras

Too many team splits, too many rule changes, you can't log in from break early or late (has to be dead on time), you get no recognition and nothing is good enough. Different TLs tell you different things, very unorganised, it seems like nobody knows what's meant to be happening. You get little to no help if you ask a question while you're on a call, you get told to check FAQs then ignored. People don't seem to last long at this place. You rarely get incentives unless you hound the TLs and management.

Pros

Hours where fair. Overtime is offered, not really pushed. Pay is great.

Pros

The people, building rapport with customers is fun, location, onsite amenities

Kontras

everything else, no job security, when they bring on new people they fire half the current team. 4 people from my training team of 20 are still there everyone else quit or got fired. VERY cliquey very gossipy
