Pros
This career is a great opportunity! I came out of college and wasn't hired by anyone due to my lack of experience; just like a number of college graduates. I was tired of my worth being dictated by a piece of paper. Working with this team has completely shifted my outlook on picking a career. The management team and my peers push me to be the best version of myself everyday and I love it! I'm constantly growing in skills like leadership, planning and organization, teaching, communication, and having fun.

I don't really see cons working here. I've read the other reviews and they talk about working long hours and working on commission but after being here I wouldn't want it any other way. If you're serious about bettering yourself and furthering your career, why wouldn't you want to work hard at it? And why would you not want the opportunity to make as much money as you want? The efforts I put in pay for all expenses and puts more money in into my pockets to enjoy myself
