Marvellously horrible - General Manager bei Regus: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Where to begin? First upper management does not care or value their employees, constantly lower compensation, roll out new programs that haven't been thought out yet, expectations keep getting higher and higher to a point it's not even realistic anymore, constant fear management, horrible marketing ( in Canada, marketing director is more interested in getting hockey tickets then actually helping increase company visibility). Workload constantly increasing. Positions being abolished only to be recreated few months later with very unqualified personnel.
