Pros
It's an easy, relaxed job with standard hours. People are pretty nice and friendly, in my team at least there was no aggression or nastiness. There are a usually a handful of talented people (although they leave pretty quickly). If you need a job, it's a great place to earn a bit of easy money with enough spare time to plan your next move.
Kontras
Reevoo is mired in a cycle of mediocrity. It's not growing very fast, which leads to an over-concentration on short-term sales and cost-cutting. This then cuts people's motivation, messes up product-development, and causes good people to leave, which makes the situation worse. Senior management tends to be better at politics than actual performance. I seriously doubted the intelligence and critical thinking skills of the senior manager I most came into contact with, although he was very good at making people think he was on their side by saying very vague, yet positive-sounding things. It was very noticeable that the very best people there leave pretty rapidly - I know a nice bunch of ex-Reevooers who have gone on to much more exciting things. With a few exceptions, all of the people who stay seem to lack passion or drive for anything. The culture is non-existent. Few people seem to be excited about anything, whether inside or outside of work. The CEO lacks vision and manages by numbers, with little clear or honest communication to the rest of the company.
