Great place to work over the years, understanding and flexibility and its pleasure to work with so many friendly colleagues.

Lack of inductions for new teams/employees which then results in other teams picking up some of the workload but this is improving and is a individual thing rather than across the board.

Really enjoyed my four years at Redactive. A very professional company that truly cares for employees. Whilst I was there the owner set up an employee ownership trust. This handed control and ownership to all employees. I cannot think of greater proof that they care. Wonderful working environment with excellent facilities. Annual tax free bonus from EOT.

Working from home prevents much more interaction but the company organises lots of social events.
