The best thing going for RedEye is the work culture. Ideally suited for people in the earlier half of their career. The concept of the product and vision for the company is strong.
Kontras
Constant changes to plans and inability to follow through from management to deliver the results it needs to push past the teething problems is an issue. Appears to be uncertainty and clarity regarding direction which effects the people working on the ground. The large volume of staff turnover is also a concern.
