Autonomy. Everyone is too caught up in self promotion to care what others are up to. Standard MNC perks, nothing extraordinary unless you are Top400.
Kontras
Short term attitude. You’re as good as your last quarter. Marketing skills are non existent among RB marketers. Promotions are not merit based. Work life balance is absent. Role of HR is to prevent suing. Company grew in categories with limited competition for decades. Now that competition has become aggressive, the company is sputtering. The new split across health and hygiene-home is without vision or plan. Avoid unless you have no other choice. Use it as a one year stepping stone at best.
