Career Growth: Yes, you will have good opportunities for your career growth as you will get to handle dedicated project, specially if you are a fresher then you will get to learn alot. Sometimes, you may need to extend your working hours for project deliveries. Compensation & Benefits: They offer a good salary along with two appraisals per year, which is a great advantage. Work-Life Balance: Currently, only alternate Saturdays are off. Having every Saturday off would improve work-life balance. Company Culture: sometimes you may encounter office politics but it doesn't affect your job.
