Constant micromanagement of the projects, absence of an adequate workflow, absence of BIM preparation. Constant gaslighting and guilt tripping. Very short and impossible deadlines which results in working overtime (weekends and holidays included). As soon as you become a part of this company, you can forget about your private life, because you won't have any time.

Great group of people working in the company, but clearly is not enough.

Management needs improvement, leadership is based on pressure and on the negative/flaws of the workers. If there is something wrong with in a project result is always the team fault but never the manager. There is a huge turn over of people based on that. It has the tools to be great but it lacks on human side consideration with a huge amount of non paid extra hours.
