High base salary, ask for a high one as there are no increments after that

No career development. Be prepared to work 10 years in the same role with minimal salary increment, layoffs all the time, and no bonus (if you are not in a Sales role. The team in Aus sales team is especially toxic due to the fact they came from being a distributor, are "untouchable"because they are good friends with the President of the Co. As long as they sell, they can violate Co. policies and get away with anything.
