1. If you are serious about your career within the company and you are talented, there are so many opportunities (they may even create a brand new role for you if you are THAT good) 2. They are about education and constant growth and may even pay you for a qualification/course for you 3. Plenty to do, so you will never be bored 4. If you have a good idea, they will listen and if it's good enough, you might get a bonus out of it too 5. The company is still growing, was striving even during the lockdowns, so there is a lot of potential 6. Free lunch on Wednesdays and a full beer fridge to enjoy at the end of each day

1. If you want an easy life, where you can do some light work 9-5 then it may not be for you - you are expected to work hard here 2. There is no career plan, you have to create your path to growth 3. You have to be flexible with ideas as you may not get your way, so it's not the best place for you if you're too ego-driven or proud
