Team first. Every one of my coworkers has reached out to help me learn the new-to-me industry even if they do not directly work in my department. The company truly cares about my success, always asking what else I need to be more successful. They are open to the new idea that I bring to the table and we test them. With new processes that affect my role, they ask for my opinion and I have only been here a few months. We have monthly events that are a ton of fun. We went skiing as a company on workday. come on, what company does that. I can't say enough about the team environment. Oh, there is a rule in the handbook, Don't be a d***! No work drama, fantastic.

Working from home. Don't get me wrong it is nice but every one of my coworkers is a unique individual that is a joy to be around. I wonder what it would be like to be in the office every day hanging out during the downtime.
