Great group of people that are working together towards the same goal. The people at Raintree know how to work hard and get things done but they also know how to have fun. The company has grown so much in the past 10 years that it makes for a very exciting place to work.

Some systems and processes could be added to match the tremendous growth of the company.

Team first. Every one of my coworkers has reached out to help me learn the new-to-me industry even if they do not directly work in my department. The company truly cares about my success, always asking what else I need to be more successful. They are open to the new idea that I bring to the table and we test them. With new processes that affect my role, they ask for my opinion and I have only been here a few months. We have monthly events that are a ton of fun. We went skiing as a company on workday. come on, what company does that. I can't say enough about the team environment. Oh, there is a rule in the handbook, Don't be a d***! No work drama, fantastic.

Working from home. Don't get me wrong it is nice but every one of my coworkers is a unique individual that is a joy to be around. I wonder what it would be like to be in the office every day hanging out during the downtime.
