      The reason to be there is only the innocent kids.

      The owner is very bad and disorganized, manipulative, cheats with the wages, egoistic. He does not have a system and basic ethics to talk to the staff or children. He holds grudge and when we ask for our rights, he will try to do something inappropriate so we can resign ourselves. He does not know to deal with children and always leaves them unattended, makes them do only academic packets. This person is not fit to run an educational institution and does not follow the state laws. He keeps changing things including the contracts and creates a confusion for the staff, children and parents. I will never recommend Radiance for anyone.

      Working as a part-time backup teacher at Radiance Learning was a truly rewarding experience. From the time my son was a math student there, I gained invaluable skills and confidence thanks to the supportive owner and coworkers. The job was well-structured, with grading and reviewing tasks, and help was always available when needed. The friendly environment, cooperative families, and positive feedback made it even more fulfilling. With the experience I gained, I transitioned into a local school district role after my son graduated. Radiance Learning is an excellent place for anyone passionate about teaching and eager to grow. Highly recommended!
