From a every department perspective, the work culture in this company is extremely difficult to sustain. The boss is based in Colombia, and employees are regularly expected to work 13–14 hours a day, which creates continuous pressure and unrealistic expectations so employees prefer to leave the organization in 2-3 months. In this company, deadlines, follow-ups, and coordination already require high attention, but the workload here often goes beyond reasonable limits. Despite the level of responsibility, there is no attractive pay scale, proper increments are lacking, and salary growth does not match the effort employees put in Communication from management is often rude and unprofessional, which makes handling daily responsibilities even more stressful also employee retention is a major issue.
