Pros

I have been with RMA for over few months now and my experience has been great. The pay is decent ($18/hr+10% commission). You get to take the car home and can work however long you want; they are flexible with your schedule. A normal shift is about 10 hours. The dispatchers are very professional and courteous along with the manager, Michelle. On average, you can expect to make about $1400-$1500 a week if you work ~60 hours. After tax, it comes out to be around $1200. Overall, great company with good benefits-PTO/Sick/401K.

Kontras

No major cons. The pay can be better.

Pros

There is nothing I can think of which is why I quit

Kontras

Only care about money Changed how I earn wages twice in the last two years; first reduce hourly wages and took away OT, now I don't get hourly wages at all. Reduced PTO three time since January 1 2024; I used to get three weeks vacation now I only get enough sick time that is mandated by law. Some members of upper management have been known to yell at employees or make discrimitory comments about the language the employee speaks or how they wear their hair infront of other employees. The company has gone through three HR teams in three years

Response from RMA Worldwide Leadership Team: Thank you for sharing your experience, we hear you. While your time with us didn’t meet your expectations, we do respect the perspective you’ve shared. We acknowledge that change, especially around compensation and structure, can feel disruptive. The truth is: RMA is growing rapidly. We are acquiring two new companies this year and are on track to become the largest chauffeured transportation provider in the U.S. Our CEO’s vision has always been bold. What began with a single personal vehicle has evolved into a comprehensive fleet that now includes cutting-edge electric black cars, executive shuttles, luxury sprinters equipped for VIP comfort, and full-size motorcoaches designed for performance and scale. Alongside that growth, we’ve revamped compensation to reward efficiency, improve work-life balance, and increase earnings without relying on overtime. We also offer one of the most generous PTO programs in the industry, including an additional six floating holidays that employees can use at their discretion. We take concerns about conduct seriously. RMA does not tolerate discrimination of any kind, language, appearance, or otherwise, and we are committed to a culture of dignity and respect. Our open-door policy allows any employee to speak with any member of leadership, including the CEO. Don’t confuse passion with pressure; we push to be the best because we believe our people deserve to be part of something that wins. We hold to truths at the same time; Every Employee Counts and Every Ride Counts! As for Human Resources, turnover sometimes reflects a necessary reset, realigning people, skills, and structure to meet the needs of a fast-scaling operation. It’s not instability, it’s improvement. We invite you, or any former employee, to speak with our EVP, SVP of Operations, VP of Human Resources, or any member of the executive team. Your experience matters, and if we can learn from it, we will. Respectfully, RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation
