Qwick has an amazing culture of people from different backgrounds and experiences and it shows! It doesn't matter what position you're in, if there is something you're interested in working on, you are supported to go after it and there is always someone to raise their hand to collaborate with you. The people are truly what make Qwick unique. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and passionate about their work and the people around them. Being a start up, you definitely work hard and wear a lot of hats but everyone is also understanding of the importance of work/life balance. I love working with Qwick and the people that make me excited and inspired everyday!
