Paid on commission which is fine except the pay matrix kept changing to the point where less that 25% of the staff ever made any extra money. the KPI were such that even if you produces sales they found a way not to pay. Plus % kept getting pushed down. You could tell many times by middle of month there would be no extra cash so hard to stay motivated when it was suppose to be salary plus Comish which turned out to be just salary. I have worked on commish for decades at various places and the structure here is one of the worse that I have ever been a part of mostly because they kept moving the finish line.
