If you would have asked me 3-4 years ago about Quik, I would have told you it was the best place I have ever worked. Today though, the culture is dying. They used to be all about "Ohana," both on an employee and customer level. Those days are over. It is all about making money now, and upper management does not care about who they have to run over to do so. I would not be surprised, sadly, if the retail side of this brand has disappeared in the next couple of years. - Dying culture - Uncertain future - Poor communication - Lay offs and store closures - Poor pay - Poor employee recognition from upper management to the store level - Poor support, which can lead to poor training - Lots of long term (5+ year) employees leaving - Low employee morale - Poor location choices
