6yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. And first off, thank you for all your hard work as a member of the team. We appreciate your input about your experience working at Quantum. I'm really sorry that your experience with us did not work out.
We are always striving to improve our training programs and build a strong management team that will help us grow as a company, and of course, support our amazing sales team. Our appointment setters are focused on calling interested merchants and working alongside our lead generators to make your job as an salesperson much easier.
In addition to the free snacks, we also offer extensive training, customized sales flyers and business cards for our sales team, bi-monthly Friday Socials with beer and kombucha on tap, monthly barbecues, and quarterly events alongside our holiday parties to just list a few. We've also rolled out our Quantum Career Path for our employees to continue to succeed within their career.
Yet we're always looking to improve, and we know there are things we could be doing better. I want you to know we take your feedback to heart, and will be keeping it in mind as we look to strengthen our company. Thank you again for being upfront about how you feel.
