QTS has an incredible company culture and is overall a very good place to work. My previous employer was very toxic, and I have never felt anything close to that level of toxicity since I started working here.

Also, the shift teams are smaller than most other data center companies, so there is a greater amount of work per person. However, that does make the job feel more secure, as each person on the team is more valuable
