Friendly company, management needs to improve - Software Developer bei Pyxis: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management never gave me any feedback to improve or if I was doing good at the time. Worked there over 2 years and the director forgot about me. I had the feeling I didn't exist. I guess I was unlucky with management on that particular project. I also felt my career stagnated there, I learned a few things at the begining but then had the impression nothing was everr gonna change. Also an opportunity came up to switch projects but the tech stack was not of my liking, so I refused to switch.
