Pros

Best part is the hands on training. You will not be asked to do something or taught something that someone hasn’t already done. Upbeat atmosphere with a lot of mentality coaching. Was coached on many things I did not learn getting my MBA. The opportunity after six months is second to none. Pretty surreal, to be honest.

Kontras

The first two months focus heavily on how to drive revenue for clients. This can be scary, especially for someone like me who did not have any experience prior, but I found it to be much more simple than anticipated and in two quick months was coached on running meetings and coaching peers. The con of this is sales can scare many people when they don’t ask questions.
