      A few colleagues at work are genuinely kind.

      Where do I even begin? The place feels unstable, people coming and going so often you stop learning names. Leadership keeps changing its mind, which makes it hard to focus on anything for more than a few weeks. The ceo is wrapped up in his own hype and only listens to people who agree with him. Managers push impossible targets, then act surprised when reality hits and point fingers instead. Plans reset constantly, money feels tight, and the constant chaos just wears you down fast. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company itself is the product’s most active user, and seeing firsthand how much it improves speed, execution, and decision-making across teams has been genuinely exciting. 3. As a result, the work is super interesting, with opportunities to solve new problems and help shape the next phase of the company rather than simply execute a fixed plan.
