1. Long working hours. You come in at SHARP 7 in the morning and when leaving at 7-8 in the evening, CEO looks at you as if you're worthless. 2. No amount of hard work is recognised unless you suck up to the CEO and keep backbiting about your the other employees to be in his good books. 3. No leaves. Like literally you get 3 official leaves in a year i.e. the National Holidays when anyway all the offices are closed down. 4. No job security. Everyone works there under the constant fear of being fire based on the CEO's mood. And that's considered normal among the employees.
