Pros
I enjoy my coworkers, at least in my office, there are plenty of cool people. The benefits packages are very nice. The flex hours are a plus.
Kontras
The amount of work required is not reflected in the pay -- though that's everywhere in this time. It's somewhat hit or miss with upper management, as well as what department you work in -- if you have a great person, your work experience will be much better than if you had someone that wasn't as respectful. The same applies to the department you're in. The company expects it's employees to put work above all else and in times when personal life comes into play before work, even when it's merited, you get looked down upon and it's held against you. Basically, expectations are unrealistically high of it's employees and there's no real attempt or desire to at least recognize and appreciate what the employees do.
