      None. Potential diverse product portfolio. But senior management micro manages to incomparable markets.

      Ponzi Scams Style quotas. Work harder, get paid less. Constant quarterly increases. Must meet qouttas in order to collect commission. Back ordered products intentionally not removed from quotas, so impossible to meet quotas. Constant pressure, insane micro management, sell more, sell more without direction or understanding of actual market. Punished for success.

      Uncapped business potential, comprehensive clinical and educational resources, flexible schedule, some lead generation.

      Kontras

      some reps complain of compensation being on lower end, but the quotas are reasonable and commission is uncapped.
