The best reason to work at this facility is the other therapists, they are absolutely incredible people to work with. The company offers decent benefits with very good PTO and competitive pay. It is a great place to learn a lot due to the complex caseload.

There is a very high turn over rate for therapists at this facility with 1-2 years being the maximum length of time most therapists stay. No paid holidays unless you use your PTO. There is very little room for career growth.
