Working with everyone there was a lot of fun, and even despite the heavy Covid-19 restrictions, there is such an enjoyable atmosphere among the team during meetings.

Management is extremely supportive and focused on bringing as much value as possible to all team members. When I began at Prism, I couldn't believe how positive and supportive an executive team could be - it is not unusual to be contacted by the director for a friendly chat to see how you are doing and what he can do to help! They also looked after us throughout lockdowns and I commend their focus on looking after their own.
