Failing to meet expectations for these out of job scope tasks would mean that you’re an incapable employee in his eyes. Management wants to import an MNC culture into work environment, yet compensates employees poorly and continues to micromanage. Company filled with Malaysians, Singaporeans are the minority there. If you can’t speak Chinese, then you should move along because majority of people here are Chinese-speaking and racist (ironic seeing how one of the bosses is Indian).
