Unless you are doing field research about micromanagement, toxic workplace behavior, and terrible leadership, DO NOT WORK HERE. This company is run by people who have never worked in a dealership and don’t understand how anything is actually done. All they care about are their KPIs, and they will inundate you with extra work and expect you to do it without overtime. They bully their employees into leaving fake 5 star reviews. They will spend crazy amounts of money on stuff that doesn’t matter (like 100 foot flagpoles) but refuse small pay increases to people who deserve them. There is constant instability because of the CEO’s legal battles and they act like this is normal. If BMW ever wises up and allows another point to be built in San Antonio, this place will go out of business. They do not care about their people at all.
